Effective date: 20 September 2026
ApnaDHA may offer paid visibility to property professionals, developers, local businesses, brands and other relevant advertisers. This Policy explains how commercial placements are handled.
1. Clear Identification
Paid placements will be identified where appropriate using labels such as Sponsored, Featured, Featured Partner, Partner or similar wording so users can distinguish commercial visibility from ordinary organic marketplace or editorial content.
2. Organic Rankings Remain Separate
Organic marketplace sections, such as activity-based project rankings or ordinary search results, should not be presented as independently ranked content if placement is actually paid. Paid visibility may appear alongside organic content, but it should not secretly determine an objective-looking ranking.
3. Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and substantiation of claims, offers, prices, images, logos, trademarks and landing pages they provide. ApnaDHA may request changes, supporting information or removal of claims that appear misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with platform standards.
4. Property & Project Advertising
Paid promotion of a property, agent, agency or project does not constitute a guarantee of title, approval, availability, construction progress, price, investment return or professional conduct. Users must independently verify transaction-critical information.
5. Local Business Advertising
Restaurants, salons, boutiques, gyms, architects and other local businesses may purchase featured visibility or sponsored content. Commercial placement does not automatically mean ApnaDHA independently recommends the business, service or product.
6. Sponsored Editorial & PR Content
Sponsored or client-supplied articles are subject to editorial review, relevance, formatting and compliance requirements. ApnaDHA may refuse or edit material that is misleading, spam-oriented, unsafe, unrelated to the platform audience or inconsistent with search-engine and advertising policies.
7. Links
Paid or sponsored outbound links may be marked with appropriate search-engine attributes such as rel="sponsored" or other applicable attributes. Payment does not guarantee a specific search ranking, indexing result, traffic level or business outcome.
8. Pricing, Duration & Refunds
Campaign pricing, placement duration, deliverables, creative requirements, payment timing and refund terms may vary by product and will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice, order or written agreement.
9. Editorial Independence
ApnaDHA may publish independent editorial, market or buyer information about categories or locations that also contain advertisers. Advertisers do not automatically receive control over unrelated editorial conclusions or organic marketplace data.
10. Refusal or Removal
ApnaDHA may refuse, pause or remove advertising that violates law, third-party rights, platform policies, user safety standards or agreed commercial terms.
